San Diego is absolutely gorgeous. It's got good food, and awesome beaches as well. Just find someone who needs a house sitter in La Jolla.

Move anywhere outside LA and you quickly realize how shitty a town infrastructure wise New Orleans is. Most places look like they're falling down. Roads are like a mine field for potholes.

I honestly don't see who would want to live there besides ultra rich or an alcoholic. Yes there is good food but I can't tell you how many times I've had friends tell me they live in a "nice place" and everything is a hundred years old and looks like it needs to be bulldozed.

Every bar with the exception of a handful looks like a shack with some neon.

Nah, pass.
