Try Goose Island 312, it's solid and very drinkable.
Not as hoppy as an IPA, but much better flavor profile than Bud, Miller, or Coors.

Have you had the Shipyard Smashed Blueberry? I'm not much on fruity beers, but I thought that was awesome. It's basically a 9% Porter with some blueberry, not too much.

St. Bernardus ABT 12 or Tripel is awesome. If you like dark beers Dark Truth Stout or North Coast Old Rasputin Imperial are really good. My favorites are North Coast Old Stock Ale and Prankster.
