So many from 'Airplane':
When Leslie Nielsen walks in on Elaine 'blowing' the automatic pilot.
Barbara Billingsley speaking jive.
The passengers in a line-up with different weapons to hit the hysterical lady.
The stewardess knocking the medical attachment from the girl with her guitar.
The Budwweiser truck as parst of the emergency vehicles.
The reporters knocking down the phone booths.
When Harold and Kumar are riding the tigers in 'White Castle.'
Home Alone 2 - when Marv is crawling though the abandoned NY apt with paint all over him and whimpering after being shocked by Kevin - the skull scene.
Peter Boyle as the monster and Gene Hackman in the blind man scene in 'Young Frankenstein' when he toasts his cup and breaks it, and Boyle looks up to the sky in exasperation.
Arthur:
The moose scenes
'Are you sure you want to be a nightclub comic?
Do you have today's Pravda?
'Do you think he wants some cheese?

In 'The Honeymooners'
When Ralph's mother-in-law leaks the ending of the show he's going to, the alarm goes off, and Ralph bellows 'Yyyyyyouuuuu,,are a BLABBERMOUTH!'
When Ralph goes to the hospital to give a blood transfusion to Norton, and they pass each other in the lobby.
When Ralph is on the game show and the first song he has to identify is the piano warmp-up song Norton played - Suwannee River
When Ralph takes Bill Davis to the fancy restaruant and gets stuck with the bill.

Many great ones listed already:
Alway's Sunny's Wild Card
Chappelle's Black Bush & Clayton Bigsby
Bad Boys II Reggie scened
Porky's
Major Payne is one of my favorite comedies
One for me also is on Booty call, when Jamie Foxx & the other guy both completely wrap themselves to where they can't hardly walk & breathe instead of placing it on the girls was freaking hilarious

Coming to America barber shop scenes.
quote:
Clarence: You must be out your goddamn mind! Joe Louis, the greatest boxer that ever lived. [to Akeem and Semmi] I'll be with you boys in a minute. He was badder than Cassius Clay, he was badder than Sugar Ray, and that new boy-what's his name? Mike Tyson?-looks like a bulldog; he was badder than him, too.
Saul: Vait a minute. Vat about Rocky Marciano?
Clarence: Oh, there they go. There they go, every time I start talkin' 'bout boxing, a white man got to pull Rocky Marciano out they arse. That's their one, that's their one. Rocky Marciano! Rocky Marciano! Let me tell you something, once and for all-Rocky Marciano was good; but compared to Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano ain't shite.
Saul: He beat Joe Louis' arse.
Morris: That's right, he did whoop Joe Louis' arse.
Clarence: Joe Louis was 75 years old when they fought.
Morris: I don't know how old he was, but he got his arse whooped.
Clarence: Joe Louis had come out of retirement to fight Rocky Marciano the minute he was 76 years old. Joe Louis was always lying about his age. He lied about his age all the time. One time Frank Sinatra came in here and sat in this chair. I said Frank 'you hang out with Joe Louis, just between me and you, how old is Joe Louis?' You know what Frank told me, he said "Hey, Joe Louis is 137 years old." A hundred and thirty-seven years old!
Sweets: Oh. Man, you lying, you ain't never meet no Frank Sinatra.
Clarence: [points to Morris, Saul and Sweets] frick you, frick you, and frick you! Who's next?!
quote:
Saul: A man has the right to change his name to vatever he vants to change it to. And if a man vants to be called Muhammad Ali, godammit this is a free country, you should respect his vishes, and call the man Muhammad Ali!
Morris: His mamma call him Clay, imma call him Clay.
Saul: Then you're a putz. All of you are putzes. They should change the sign outside from My-T-Sharp to 'ze Three Putzes.

Thank you, that is one scene that, for some reason, will make me hysterically laugh until the day I die. For some reason it has slipped my old man memory and now it's back in the forefront!
Not a sitcom, but when Richard Simmons was on Whose Line Is It Anyway was one of the funniest things (in my opinion).

This is just one of the many funny scenes in Blazing Saddles: Of course, he reads it back with "tell him I said ow." One of my favorite movies. Came out in 1974.
