Has Miles finally realized

Has Miles finally realized what we all realized during the spring game? Harris just has the "it" factor and Jennings doesn't. Jennings has had some mild success at times this season but our offense hasn't moved that successfully under him since the last drive of the Arky game. I just can't for the life of me see Miles starting a freshman on the road against a top 5 SEC team come hell or high water. Will he have the chest?

I'm not a vet but I recognize a horses arse when I see one and anyone not recognizing that Harris is the better QB and the better athlete all around is either blind or stubborn...

I never said that I know more about football than Les. However, I have been hiring and managing personnel most of my career and as a veteran manager I can clearly see that Brandon Harris has better leadership skills, elevates those around him and has a much better awareness than Jennings. You don't need to know the intricate details of Football X's and O's to see those "it" qualities.

Am I the only one here that finds it fricking hilarious that Jon Doe Message board poster always thinks they know more football than a highly paid, experienced football coach?

then maybe you should frame your wording differently. I think miles "realizes" harris is the best qb. I "realize" we played New Mexico State. You think Harris is going to see the same type of defense this coming saturday? It's not that Harris isn't a better qb, It's that he's the FUTURE. Are you willing to sacrifice the future?
Harris's head will more likely than not be spinning this saturday on the road. if he starts getting sacked from blitzes, beat up from poor o-line play, and int's for trying to hard when he isn't ready for the complexity of s.e.c. defenses, are you willing to lose the future for a game today? That is the issue.
I think miles knows this team has a lot of holes, not just qb. This season is going to be growing pains no matter who plays qb. We have poor lb play, average safety play, poor d.t. play, poor o-line, and poor t.e's.
you might be able to tell the arse, but you don't know how to develop a thoroughbred.

Jennings has had more poor games than good games.

Yeah, he's almost as smart as you now.
Miles realized Harris was the future long before you did. Miles also realized that it would be a mistake to play Harris before he was ready - something you were too stupid to realize.
Early in the season Harris was screwing up half the plays he was running. He had to get more comfortable with the offense. He's getting there. I expect that the transition from AJ to Harris is not complete yet. There are probably offensive plays and packages, that we'll need, that Harris doesn't have command of yet. Anyway, the two experts, that between them earn over five million dollars per year, will make those QB decisions without any help from an invincibly arrogant douchebag like you.

Let the freshman play and take the lumps. Harris is the real deal and Auburn is a great offensive team, but they are weak defensively. We can use Harris to try and keep up with Auburns scoring

Are you forgetting that both Dinardo and Hallman were once highly paid experienced Head Coaches.

Sandusky was a highly paid, experienced football coach. What's your point?

Again...the only way to learn is to be on the field and get game day experience against these type of defenses...
He's only one year behind Jennings with Jennings having what 5 games as a starter? That is not exactly a huge difference...
With that same logic about the future because he is a FR...then Fornette shouldn't be out there because he is a FR and we shouldn't sacrifice the future...right?
You put the best players on the field period that give you the best chance to win...period...I don't care what class they are in...

Are you serious with that shite?
I would pay to see posters like you whose done nothing but run around these boards with agendas and pitchforks go into a film room for one hour with Miles and break down film. Answer his questions about X and Os and strategies.
You'd be lost in 2 minutes just like everyone else.
Your opinions are solely based on your 20/20 hindsight. Always has, always will be.

My opinions like the one where I stated our run defense sucked and we were overestimating our defense against two cupcakes in a row and that MSU would run all over us and we would lose before hand?
Those kind of hindsight opinions?

So, who's the horses arse in your analogy? I gotta admire your bravery but I think it may be against guidelines to say such things about either players or coaches, even cleverly disguised.

You're such a football genius and so much smarter than everyone else here.
I'm sure that any college football coach....hell, I'd even say any high school coach in America would love to take your experienced, knowledgeable, detailed advice and install it into their playbooks and strategies.
I, as a fan, am so much smarter and feel like I've been to football camps by reading your posts over the years.
I'm not exactly sure how you're not in the coaching profession, actually. Have you considered trying to land a job in one of the power 5 conferences?
