That's absolutely ridiculous. I don't remember but was the article libelous? That's the only explanation I can think of.

ESPN has hit a new low, and that's saying something

That's crazy. Totally a personal suspension by ESPN being upset about being challenged. Olberman has been saying the same stuff without the profanities.

Something tells me that ESPN cared less about the rant about Goodell and more about the implied challenge that Simmons could do whatever he wanted without consequence.

Except he didn't break a rule, unless shitting on Goddell is against company policy.

Love how this upsets people

Serious question. Have any of the executives at ESPN actually attended a journalism school or have the faintest familiarity with the concepts of editorialism and free speech?

Are you people stupid? Have you watched any of the NFL pregame shows the past couple of weekends on ESPN? They have been shitting on goodell.

Good. He wants to be employed, stop acting like a jack arse and spouting your mouth off. What brand does Simmons bring to ESPN? Grantland pretty much is running itself.

ESPN was a joke, but now it's just full on LOL Worthy. Pretty sure the like 2 curse words he said on a podcast on the internet were bleeped out even.
