Which is it? Or are they just better at reloading? If they're better, why are they better? It all boils down to coaching. Ever since Saban left, all LSu fans hear about is "next year." It's like being a chicago cubs fan these days.
Bama had the following # of players drafted in the last few years followed by the next years results:
2012 they had 8 drafted and won the title the next year.
2013 they lost 9 that were drafted and were one play away from an NC appearance.
2014 they lost 8 that were drafted and have looked to be improving so far this season and legitimate contenders.
Yup, youth is killing them.
Or, just perhaps, they actually recruit talent to fit what they do rather than recruiting random players that are very talented but don't fit their schemes because they are highly touted?
Or, they just actually develop their young talent while they are backups instead of wasting those opportunities due to shitty coaching decisions how Les has done with the QB situation over the past 6 years.

We miss Cooper as DB coach and need some beasts at def line and spread offense (with Harris). Pro-style will not work with our players.

yea, it is. you're saying if we had that week back we win for sure.
meanwhile they blasted us. we weren't competitive. that shite wasn't katrina's fault, they were better. no shame in that, unlike your denial about miles' issues
ETA: correction- we didn't even miss a week. that tennessee game was just pushed back to a monday. we were always going to have that stretch with no break. blaming katrina is stupid, confirmed
