That what should have happened but the ref that made the incomplete call was in no position to make the call he did. Dude should be fired he just directly cost Louisville a TD.

On the same subject, the best refs I've ever seen call a game are the PAC-12 far and away. They seem to do a great job and don't call very many penalties.

The only way you can justify that official waving incomplete is if another official blew his whistle. Then, he has to signal so to copy the other officials and make sure players hear the whistle
