No, but one should always favor explanations that don't require weird stuff to happen unless there is evidence to support it.

For example, the plane's known actions correspond to what might happen if the cabin lost pressure and one of the pilots tried to turn back and dive before losing consciouness himself. We don't know if that actually happened, but it's a reasonable guess and doesn't require a conspiracy theory.

It should be no surprise that rational explanations are quickly disposed in favor of that of the sensational type. The God concept is the single most grandiose, and utterly baseless conspiracy theory ever invented, yet many seem on board with it's legitimacy, even today.
