Memphis, TN...South and North. The DMZ is from downtown moving east within the loop with some exceptions (i.e. Orange Mound)

Depends on which city.
Mass. Ave & Arizona Ave are nice, so is Wisconsin & Connecticut. Georgia Ave? Not so much.

Delmar & Fill in the blank (when East of the Loop) wouldn't be my hangout spot.
But the two I listed were in the top 20 most dangerous "neighborhoods" in the nation.

Houston doesn't have any rough areas. It just has areas that are hard for un-cultured people to be in because they can't handle all of the culture that Houston has to offer.
I tend to stay off of Little York Rd, an personally wouldn't stick around the zoo or Hermann Park too late either.

Same with San Francisco. People there talk endlessly about the Tenderloin and some other neighborhoods there being bad. Laughable! Mid-City BR would be the worst neighborhood in San Fran. They get so butt hurt when you tell them that, too! It's like they have to think they have bad neighborhoods to assuage their liberal guilt!

Cass AVE. in Detroit or the sub of Detroit[RIVER ROUGE]. NOT SAFE. And basically anywhere in Flint Michigan.

There are a ton of rough areas in the Nola but the worst would have to be Little Woods in Nola East. Its nothing but shitty Sec 8 townhouses, half of which are abandoned. The closest police station and hospital are 30 mins away. Its the only area in Nola I feel uncomfortable driving through even in broad daylight.

Minneapolis- North Side, Jordan was pretty bad from my memories. Southside used to be bad near the Phillips neighborhood but the violence seems to be down
Durham- North East Central Durham, although a lot of redevelopment is beginning to take place
San Diego- Central San Diego areas, like Lincoln Park, Logan Heights and around Imperial Avenue.
