Now the wait.

So if he is not indicted, will all the evidence be released at that point?

I hadn't watched a second of CNN's coverage last night. I noticed two things. They didn't cover a word of Perry's presser before going to the pokey. A conservative getting locked up? They'd usually be ALL over that.

Second, every "expert" they had on repeatedly kept saying Wilson "murdered" Brown. That 15 minutes was enough to tell anyone what their agenda is.

I believe if he's not indicted the county prosecutor files to release the information but if he is it becomes public record... it might be the other way around I just remember him explaining it in his press conference..

If he is not indicted, they have to release all the info. If he is indicted, they don't release as much because there will be a trial.

When are we expecting to know if there will be an indictment?

There are more and more reports surfacing that Darren Wilson suffered a "orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket"

I love the state politicians that go on TV and say, "We demand the truth and an unbiased investigation into this murder."

Wait, what? No biases there.

It is easy to figure out what they are not protesting. It is not justice - they will freak the fack out if the cop gets off regardless of the facts; it is not accountability because of above and no matter what the facts end up being they will put no accountability on MB.

They want him charged with murder regardless of minor little details such as facts. They want this to be the figurehead for something way beyond MB.

All talk of fair and unbiased review is beyond bullshite. If that was the case, then if the cop got off they would be fine if it was factually correct. We all know that would not be the reaction.

I think if the evidence clears the officer, Holder is going to go after the chief to appease some. I don't think 40 FBI agents are needed to help with this investigation, but I would be very surprised if they aren't combing through the police departments records for anything they can find to make an example out of him. Holder already condemned him for releasing the photos from the robbery by Brown, even though everyone else is crying for not releasing it sooner. It's one thing to bring in the department of justice, but for the AG to show up is a little overkill.

It is funny... Lambasted for not releasing right away (and I agree they should have). But then when they want to release on Thur told no by Feds.... Should hold longer. Hold another day and slammed again.
