The fact that the police haven't questioned any witness in regards to this shooting and are protecting this cop so vigorously leads me to believe they have something to hide.

I don't think this is fair. The police attempted to question at least one of the witnesses and the worker's attorney said that theybwoukd contact the police to answer questions when the witness and his attorney are available.

Also, the police have been a little busy.

I think that's on Bosley Jr., his lawyer. He's trying to get his piece of the publicity pie, IMO.

The police have already said that they've reached out to the Dorian kid multiple times. His lawyer confirmed it. Dorian has had time to talk to Wolf Blitzer and other media outlets, but hasn't had time to talk to the police in a shooting death where he is major witness?

Give me a fricking break.

Also, regardless of what side you are on, the police should absolutely be protecting the identity of the officer involved. Releasing his name or information doesn't solve a single thing until the investigation is over. It will only lead to more problems.

Why does he have a lawyer and I thought this was about justice?

Another thing is that they supposedly have a cell phone video that captures the point where Mike struggled and ran and was shot. Wouldn't this show that Mike reaches for this officer's gun?

I know for a fact that two witnesses corroborated one another's stories immediately. It was reported and linked in this thread Sunday.

quote:

After a verbal confrontation, witness Piaget Crenshaw said the officer got out of his car and fired a shot. Both teens ran, she said, and another shot was fired. Johnson hid behind a car, but said his friend stopped after a second shot was fired at him. Crenshaw and Johnson say the teen held up his hands to show he did not have a weapon, however the officer fired at him two more times and he collapsed and died in the street.

quote:

Dorian Johnson said he was walking with Brown in the middle of the street when a police car pulled up. The officer told the teens to use the sidewalk, according to Johnson. After an exchange of words, the officer shot Brown even after he raised his hands in the air, Johnson said. The officer "shot again, and once my friend felt that shot, he turned around and put his hands in the air," Johnson told KMOV. "He started to get down and the officer still approached with his weapon drawn and fired several more shots."

We don't know anything yet about a cell phone video. Nothing has been confirmed. Did the car have a camera?

Not only does it not mesh with witness accounts, but even that story in and of itself doesn't make sense. The officer is ignored and gets so pissed for being disrespected that he decides you know what, I'm gonna kick the kids arse and kill him. All because he wouldn't get off the street.

FIFY.

See how fricking ridiculous that sounds??

If I think some worthless, cock-weak pig executes my son, I'm lawyering the frick up and litigating that piece of shite department into escalated insurance premiums.

Latest NBC headline:

"Michael Brown Autopsy: Missouri Teen Died of Gun Shots"

Really? Who was holding their breath for gum disease?

I'd get a lawyer in a case like this. Plus I think that the lawyers get coordinated in these black community situations like this. I'm not necessarily a fan of that. But I won't crap on the guy for getting representation.

That's another thing, aren't all cop cars equipped with a dash cam? Where is that video?

Not true. They didn't try for days. His lawyer offered him up. They refused. It came public. They got called to the carpet on it. They reached out today. One account says they tried at his house but couldn't find him, which is stupid if true because he already has a lawyer (who is as dirty as dirty gets). Other account is that they reached out finally and it's a matter of scheduling it at this point. No where in there is the witness avoiding them.

Nah, Spike Lee will tweet a fake address that gets someone killed. It will all be swept under the rug of reparations nonsense with the quickness. White guilt.
