ESPN is suspect. He had two touches, one a bubble screen that the falcon's DB ate up and the other was a nice punt return up the middle for a good chunk of yards.

Jarvis was the #1 value pick out of the draft. I was sold on that when he didn't go in the first 10 picks.

They use the same sports service for providing game statistics and box scores, likely.

I interviewed and was offered a while back for a division of ESPN that basically concentrated on watching all the games and recording stats. Their service would supply web sites, newspapers, tv shows, etc.

Very cool. I was surprised that he didn't return punts at LSU, but I guess he didn't need to. I remember he had one opportunity as a freshman and almost took it to the house.

Landry is a football player, period.

So, you are telling me that ESPN, the worldwide leader in sports, pays another company to actually watch sports for them. However, they have reporters following LeBrons every move to let us know whether he had a wet fart or if he soiled himself. Awesome, just awesome

I was a statistician for an NBA team for nearly a decade. The stats we generated at the arena went out to all of the different sport sites for real-time stats and play-by-play. My guess is the NFL is the same.
