Have 2. Had 3 but i ran over 1 with the crawfish boat. Best rifle ever and I mean ever. Takes tons of abuse and shoots like a champ. My favorite gun by far...

I have a Mohawk 10C, which was the cheap version. Very light and good shooting .22. Extra clip pictured below.

I've got one. I thought it was a junk plastic gun until someone told me how valuable it was. Has taken a ton of abuse over the years and still works perfectly

Yep got one my dad gave me. It's green, with a tiny Weaver scope on it. It was part of a prize package dad won back in 58 or 59 in the Cameron deep sea rodeo.
One of my prized possessions .

I have on. It was my great grandfathers. I haven't shot it in years though

I grew up with one. It was the first 22 I shot and packed because of the light weight. Packed that thing miles plinking and hunting.

Me too!
I've still got my Nylon 66 (Apache Black w/ chrome) but very rarely shoot it anymore because my eyes don't handle open sights very well anymore. That brings me to the one weakness w/ the Nylon 66---they often don't shoot well when scoped. Like most of the gun, the receiver is also plastic. The metal you see over the receiver is just a cover made of thin sheet metal. The barrel is attached to the plastic receiver, NOT metal. Consequently, the barrel moves around a lot. That's not a problem when using open sights as the front and rear sight are both attached to the barrel. A scope, OTOH, is attached to the thin sheet metal shell so that it may not be lined up w/ the moving barrel. Some will shoot well w/ scopes, but from what I've read, most do not. I know mine doesn't shoot worth a bit using a scope.Still a really cool gun. I'll always have a warm spot in my heart for the Nylon 66.

I got one in about 63, and loved it. I've been thinking about that gun all day after reading this thread earlier today. I can't remember what happened to it!! I probly sold or traded it for something..
