Do you say "Bless You" when someone sneezes?

I am from the Deep South and practice all types of "niceties" from please and thank you to ma'am and sir. I expect my children to as well. I believe it creates a more civil and polite society. However, and for some reason, "bless you" after someone sneezes grates my nerves.
Especially the people who seem to be in a race to be the first to say it. Like in a conference room meeting or other public place. Like when you feel one coming on and turn your head to the side trying to make it the least distracting as possible. You succeed in muffling it a touch only to have multiple people draw attention your way in their race to be the first to "bless you."
I know it's a trivial thing to get irked by but wondered if anyone else who is fine with other typical niceties also gets annoyed with that one. I don't even say thank you in response which is what I presume society expects me to say. I just ignore them. Me sneezing does not require an exhortation of sympathy or goodwill. It isn't really a big deal unless I sneeze on you in which case you should slap me....not bless me. And oh.....the multiple "bless you" in a row if someone sneezes 2-3 times! Even worse. "Bless You....Bless You....Bless You". One bless for each sneeze.
Heck. My 15 year old daughter and my wife both bless me from across the house. I was down in the basement yesterday watching TV and sneezed. Both my daughter and wife were in the kitchen upstairs and both yelled out "Bless You." Sneezed at Ingles a couple of days ago and some voice from the next aisle over says "bless you." WTF! I couldn't even see her face to know if she was bang worthy or not.
Frick all you "bless you" people. Find another way to make yourself feel civilized and pleasant. This one is stupid.

if they sneeze once, yes.
if they sneeze a second time, I tell them to shut up.

I try to say "bless you" as soon as the sneeze starts to come on, makes it more of a challenge.

In one of my classes the kids had made a game of it and were obviously getting over on some of the other teachers. When a kid sneezed, the "bless you" niceties started to flow. Over and over. I shut that shite down first time.

I'll say it due to habit but right after I always wonder why I just blessed someone. Actually, I've been saying it less and less now that I've realized this.

God bless you
If multiple times, I say it the first time, wait, wait, wait, and end up laughing. Usually the person laughs too

I don't want to force my religion on anyone and keep pressing forward the patriarchy's dominance over society, so I usually offer them a tissue.

You people are so stupid. It is quite entertaining though.
