I've gotten into a bad habit of drinking red bull and coffee during the day, and am looking for a healthier alternative..any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Get out of the office and walk around a bit. I try to get up and either walk around the floor, up a flight of stairs or stand for a while in someone's door way.

3.3 liters of water a day
Leading cause of fatigue during the day is dehydration. Majority of people go throughout the day dehydrated and don't even know it

i'd say don't quit either one..
Get up earlier, start with a very simple work out
Then you can enjoy your coffee in the morning

Workout, eat healthy, drink water, get a good nights sleep. I never use coffee or caffeinated products for energy and I feel fine at work. I'll get really groggy and tired in the afternoon, though, if I go out for lunch and have something fried or unhealthy

I've been drinking a lot if Mio.
Also been working out with cardio the last 10 days. Makes a huge difference

hydrate, diet (especially smaller lunches), sleep, dont have coffee in the afternoon. It won't happen overnight, but since I've adjusted my lifestyle I no longer get the 3 pm crash and it feels great. Oh, and a steady exercise regimen.
