The EPA has been stone-walling Congress for years about some of their e-mails, including attempts to shut down mining in Alaska.

When asked about the e-mails of former EPA official Phillip North, the agency claims that they were lost in a 2010 hard drive crash, which was the timeframe of the investigation, and the e-mails were not backed up.

Even Rex and VB have to admit they're getting pretty ballsy with this stuff.

The complete and utter lack of even caring about the appearance of it all is getting shocking even for my jaded self.

We need to all call our congressmen and women and tell them to co-sponsor and/or support "The Dog Ate My Tax Return Act" as introduced by Rep. Stockman (R-TX-36)

They don't give a shite. As long as they delay any semblance of justice until the public is no longer interested, they have achieved their objectives. The end always justifies the means with liberal progressives.

This reminds me of Monday night when that frickwad Koskinen tried telling the engineer from MIT that he did probability wrong.

It was a laugh riot.

I don't even know what to say to this shite. I'm just amazed at the lack of credibility and the audacity of it all.

It makes me think of this patient I had that accussed one of my staff of going into the patient's room and beating him. Everything is on video and does NOT get erased. I told the patient that I thought he was lying and that everything was on video. He just stared at me and said "look at the video. It's there!"

Well, we reviewed it all and there was nothing at all there. Sociopaths do what they do.

I don't know about this particular incident but my wife pointed out something last night I thought was interesting. The fact that they would rather be seen as completely incompetent rather than have the content of their emails come to light ....that says a lot.
