If we play Mizzou and Auburn things will have gone terribly wrong.

Or awesome because if we play Auburn it means we're in omaha.

I honestly don't think Tenn would be any easier to beat than Vandy. They gave us a lot of trouble. But the advantages of winning or losing to Vandy vastly outweigh winning or losing to Tenn.

But Vandy finishing 6th in the SEC then not making the top 8 of the tournament would be really bad for them.

And you're relying on the committee to put us in ahead of them for that reason?

Addition by subtraction?

i'd just rather beat them and even the head to head (slight win for us imo since its 3 road and 1 neutral), at the same time getting that rpi bump and improving the worst part of our resume (record against top 25 rpi).

cause lets face it we're winning regardless. might as well be vandy.

If you say so...

Vandy going 0-1 would also help us by eliminating Vandy's chances at hosting a regional.

I guess you didn't hear. Javi is not going to be on the recruiting trails this week.

That dude is an LSU hater. Last season he ranked Moo State is the best baseball environment and didn't even have us in the top ten. He always picks against us. F

Kendall is probably the best when it comes to covering college baseball. He isnt perfect, but damn good. Sorry you got upset over something he may or may not have wrote about one time.

I feel like ive heard him put LSU in the top 5 environments before

No but it wouldn't eliminate them.

No, they would be on the bubble with a loss today, it would depend how well louisville, lsu, rice, houston, and texas tech finish.
I still think they would get a host
