Its over Rock! Cop shoots puppy. Arrest owner's boyfriend. Pics of owner.

The officer fired one round, but when that didn't stop the dog, he fired a second, fatal shot.
Police arrested Showalter for interfering with the investigation when he confronted them about the situation. Showalter said he was just asking what happened to his dog.

Well...did they actually get the guy they were chasing to warrant running into these people's backyard? Did he get away? Was he never there and they thought they saw him and went into a backyard that had nothing to do with what they were doing and shot this dog?
Pretty shitty writing to leave that detail out.

The sheer amount of times this is happening is unbelievable. I guess since blacks are running the show in America now cops had to find something else to shoot without cause.
