The crazy retard hobos from the first Assassin's Creed that would shove you when you got near them. Not an enemy, but they frustrated to me to know end. I probably had to restart a hundred missions because of those guys.

These motherfrickers from Ocarina of Time. I'm not saying they are the hardest things I've fought in games, but god damn if there isn't some deep seated hate for those frickers.
