Should the NBA institute extreme anti-racism campaign within the game?

Clearly, the NBA is making it clear it will not tolerate any racist beliefs in its business. If this is the fact, then it should not simply selectively apply this rule to a single owner, but to the entire league from top to bottom. This should include harsher punishments or consequences if prejudice or racist comments or actions occur during an NBA activity.
Honestly, I have no problem with them kicking Sterling out if they from this point forward eject and fine and player (no matter race) for using racist language, racial slurs, or race-based statements of any kind. If any player is heard at any point to use a racist term, the consequences should be dire.
Example: Player uses the N-word, G-word, F-word, H-word, etc once? Immediate ejection and $10,000 fine. The next time, ejection and 1 additional game suspension. Be caught multiple times, and banishment from the leagues. Any sponsor caught with themselves or any of their affiliates with similar forms including in musical lyrics will result in termination of the relationship with the league.
If they are going to claim to be about stopping racism, then freaking do it. If players don't fall in line, they can get out of the league. Allowing any of this stuff on the job site or NBA sanctioned events is significantly worse IMO.
In the end, it would be a blast to watch what would happen to the NBA in this type of scenario.

This is the slippery slope Cuban was talking about. I have no problem with it if they use fair judgement and everyone is held to the same standard. Example - if a player (black or white) is caught making racist comments toward an entire race, they should be kicked out of the league

IMO they should paint the basketball black to promote anti-racism.

I do not think this is on point or true. Sterling isn't in trouble because of a belief.
And I don't think

is in the cards or appropriate.
I've been watching all this unfold through last night, and this whole thing has really hit me hard. But today seeing things like what
