Why? Scruffy has nothing against other races. Most of his patients are a different race.

Its just that the reason can't be your race. If you're unqualified, you're unqualified. Having a certain complexion shouldn't disqualify you from anything.

You can deny renting to anyone for any reason that you choose depending on the property type. The Fair Housing Law applies to buildings with four or more units.

You don't like Asians/Caucasians/Hispanics/Blacks/Middle Easterners? Deny.
If people want to deny anyone the ability to use their private property, for any reason they see fit, they should be allowed to.

Food safety laws at restaurants? Why? Let them run their restaurant how they want! Why would you give money to a restaurant that's kitchen is filled with mold anyway? The government needs to back off and let Americans be American!
