I have a Gravely ZT50 for 3/4 acres. I usually cut the grass in about 15 minutes. Takes me longer to weed eat.
ETA: Out of those three, I'd go Toro.

and club cadet.
you should buy this one.
i'll bring a 12 pack with some other posters and we can all laugh at you while you cut your grass.

As far as I know you're getting pretty much the same thing with those three.
What deck size are you looking at? You may be able to get something like a kawasaki motor and 6" less deck for the same price. If you're going from a regular tractor to a ZTR you can get away with far less deck width usually and cut in the same amount of time.

Hustler. Find a local dealer though that will work on whatever you buy.

Out of those 3, Toro, since they have the Kawasaki engine.
My father in law bought a Cub Cadet 2 years back and it's been broke more than it's worked. My Dad has had really good luck with Craftsman though. Food for thought.
The better brands, Hustler, Exmark, Bad Boy are starting to really make some low priced ZTRs. Check those out before buying anything.

Whatever you buy, don't get a pressed cutting deck. Make sure it is welded. I'd stay away from those cheapies you mentioned and go ex-mark, scag, or gravely. Find their home use models with welded decks.

My dad got a cheaper one and it's held up fine for the last 5 years or so. No issues. I believe it's a big dog. Or big dawg.

That's the thing. You either hear about them lasting 10 years OR 10 months.
It's a crapshoot with the box store brands.

Big Dogs aren't cheaply made mowers. They have welded decks.

The pressed decks can last a very long time if you keep them clean and don't mow over a bunch of rocks all the time.
