I'm still not sure that you aren't a reader. You made some comments after the first episode this season that I thought were suspicious.
This is what I posted about you in the reader thread:
quote:
KosmoCramer,
If you are a reader and see this, please stop dropping hints about the necklace in the Middle Ground thread. I don't want to call attention to your posts in there, but if you keep it up I will RA.
These are the posts I'm referring to:
quote:
I think that Lady Olenna Tyrell is going to want that necklace (The one the fool gave to Sansa) for Margaery's wedding.
quote:
Also, what was the deal with that necklace? Why was the former knight making such a big deal about it.
If you aren't a reader, then my bad.
eta: One minute after I made this post he posted this:
quote:
I get all that, it just seems like that necklace has a value beyond just being the lone thing the former knight had.
I think it becomes a sticking point going forward, hence the scene with Grandma throwing the necklace off the terrace.
I've not read any books and accidentally posted in this thread, just fyi.
seems fishy
Other readers agreed it was suspicious and also believed you were trolling the Hodor thread with book knowledge. Do you think you should be banned?

I'll take cosmo's side on this one. He meant it as Sansa's necklace would be one that lady Olenna's girls bring for Margaery to wear. A bunch of people thought that, I think

I only brought it up to show him how easy it can be for someone to think someone else is a reader when they are perhaps just being observant, like he supposedly was in this instance. Neither I nor any other reader RA'd him or called him out outside of our thread so as not to call any attention to his post. He could have been banned if we did, even if he is innocent. Just something for him to keep in mind as he throws out accusations about others.

Damn you people are babies. I watch the show and don't read the book.
Just do this:
Just do this:
quote:
If you don't want to see spoilers on a show about a book, on a site with thousands of trolls, don't even go into the Episode-Threads. Why would you even set yourself up for that kind of shite?

Hmmmmm...intriguing.
Don't worry. We're on the case

Yeah, I think they are smart enough to see that Olenna wants a necklace, and for some reason a guy we haven't seen in two seasons just happens to give one to Sansa.
Guessing Littlefinger though is a huge red flag, since he hasn't been in many episodes recently, wasn't at the wedding, and apparently had no motive to kill Joffrey since he's thrived since Joffrey became King.

So he guessed the conniving character who wasn't in attendance at the wedding and you think that proves he is a book reader?
Unless I'm remembering wrong, Littlefinger didn't show up this season until after the wedding episode. Therefore he wouldn't be an obvious suspect.

Well Osama was all the way in Afghanistan. He couldn't have had ANYTHING to do with the WTC

Great comparison dude. I'm sure as soon as the planes hit you started telling all of your dolls that OBL was responsible.

I respectfully acknowledge and understand your suspicion, but you're wrong.
In all my rambling, I was able to get one of my 5 theories on the poisoning from that thread halfway correct, but I promise you, I am not a bookreader. It was essentially a wild guess supported only by a few of my posts that you have quoted above.
I have never given anyone a reason to be suspicious of me in these threads. I despise spoilers, and even if I had read the books, I would never ruin the fun that is this show for you guys just to be slightly right about a storyline prediction in a thread comprised completely of people whom I have never actually met.
But I haven't read the books, at all, not a single page. I know NOTHING about the future of this series other than the shite in the season and weekly episode previews.
I swear.
I believe Nawlins.
For one he has been pretty wrong on other things.
Plus when you have that many people guessing someone is going to get it.
Posted on 4/25/14 at 1:06 pm to crimsonsaint
No, but since he was involved in the previous one (IIRC) then I'm sure someone could have connected the dots. That doesn't mean they are involved in terrorism.

If you read the context of all my comments, I was thinking that Olenna wanted the necklace for Margeary to wear at the wedding.
Not that the necklace obviously contained poison, so I was completely wrong.
But ok.
NawlinsTiger9 was spot on on everything, including why littlefinger did it, his knowledge of poisons, and then also tied in the Iron Bank which is also a huge part of the subsequent aftermath.
Just seemed like a really good deduction, which not one other person brought up in the whole thread

Can we post Westeros political questions on the Political Talk?
TIA

I'll tell you this. Not to upset you , but the Iron Bank is being presented very differently than the books. A book reader could have told you nothing more about it than the show, so you should drop that angle from trying to get him banned right now.

Napoleon, is there anything for me to do here?
Posted on 4/25/14 at 5:46 pm to Chicken
No. There was no spoilers. A non reader just guessed right. It was bound to happen.
Nawlins is not a reader, and like Psych pointed out, was no more considered a reader than the OP of the thread was.
I and others will RA when we think a line is being crossed.
