I can honestly say, 4 years ago, I saw pretty much exactly what I'm living now. Guess I should enjoy the good times and not stress so much.

What say y'all?!

Nope outta college took a job in Dallas Tx that I thought I was gonna have a career in. And had planned it for years. After a year it didn't work out. I hated it and we split ways.

Wife and I moved to GA and got new jobs and even though we never planned it this way we wouldn't trade it for anything. We are both as happy as can be and are about to buy our first house and in the near distant future start a family. So it's all good.

Making pretty well as a personal trainer, 3 semester out from graduating... then likely on to graduate school. I need the summer to recharge my batteries.

My life is way different than I thought it would be 4 years ago; however, I have learned to just roll with it. Oh, and I wouldnt want my life to be any different than it is today

No and its been hard to live with. Between legal issues and health problems I have been forced to work at a fraction of what I made before. I thought the money would always be there and I took it for granted. I am just ecstatic that I was able to go back to work at all right now and I am hoping to get back to my regular job in a couple of years.

My other choice was and is disability, which is not an option as long as I am able to work in some capacity.

Considering I dropped out of high school in 9th grade I'd say I'm doing a hell of a lot better than anyone could have imagined. I make about 3x 55k/yr, far more $$ than anyone in my family ever has.

Got a house, truck, wife, dog, toys and travel all the time. I think I'm doin ok for 31.

As I age I'm realizing that life is tougher than I expected. I'm thankful for that because if it was a breeze there wouldn't be a challenge. I'm now a father of 4 and every single day I see an area where I can grow in a way that helps me develop my children to become better people. Now that I'm an old bastard I can finally see why my pops was the way he was with us kids. He was just trying to make us grow. At some point it is no longer about me, but about those around me and how I can develop them into better people. The same goes for my progression professionally. Now that I'm in management it's no longer about me becoming a bad arse, it's about me motivating and damn near tricking my staff into reaching their potential. It's hard as frick and I still suck at it, but I'm learning from mistakes and getting better as time goes by.

At the end of the day it's not about the $$$ but about you pouring yourself into other people's lives to develop them into better people. It ain't pretty sometimes but you gotta do what you gotta do to inspire others.

Had a little too much fun and the dean recommended for me to take a break next semester. Scored a one in a million job that starts during my vacation and honestly could not be happier. Life's too short to take too seriously

When I flip to full commission I'll be set. There is still a dolled amount I'll never settle on though
