Not really. We did beat Ladasha in football though so that was nice.

Why even bring this up when it is acknowledged by everyone in the thread? :beatdeadhorse:

I do think ULL is #2 currently in athletics. With the way the program is growing, ULL could have a hold on #2 for a while.

Supposed to break ground on the athletics performance center before the end of the month.

I think some people mistake good seasons and some good teams for good programs, cajuns are definitely on the upswing but a losing season or two in football would knock alot of that excitement down. Your basketball team was just so so this year but had a great tournament run and made the big Dance

Y'all have had decent to good success in a couple of sports, get the frick over yourselves.

I can't imagine would it would be like right now if y'all had beat Alabama and not ULM.

I think ULL has done a nice job rebranding itself. And the success in football, which is extremely important, is having a positive impact on the other sports.

I wish Tulane could get its act together. But we have the worst leadership ever.

When the big schools split off, ULL won't be among them

And it won't matter what they call themselves

The new stadium should help, but I agree.

Meh.

The new stadium did nothing for baseball. It's simply a vehicle to bring in more revenue. I support CJ but I think 2014 is going to be a long season.

Name me another mid major who has had just as much success in most sports.

I swear, God forbid we take pride in what we have done with our athletic program lately.

We beat both this season in baseball, but it was expected.

As a Tulane fan, I have no problem admitting that ULL has passed us by in athletics. By a lot.
