What are some office buildings around Baton Rouge that might be able to house 125 to 150 people without building something ?

I think Lamar's old building on corporate is for lease. Will hold that amount easily.

Too late. It's now a vacant lot.

Not anymore..

There are a few single spaces on the bottom floor, but the rest of the building is full

The bonus for this space is that you can easily terminate anyone that you dont want regardless of race/religion/age/ethniciry/etc. Just write them up for being late in the mornings and at lunch. Several times a month the traffic will gridlock and you could rake in the write ups.
