First I want to say I think there should be a criteria to this. I mean movies that have come out recently (this past few years) should be exempt. You don't have time and means to watch the most recent movies.
Seven Samurai. (But I have The Magnificent Seven on disc so that should at least count for something.)
High Noon
All Quiet on the Western Front
Bridge Over the River Kwai
Around the World in 80 Days (1956 of course)
In the Heat of the Night
The French Connection
Anne Hall (Really any of Woody Allen's films)
Chariots of Fire
Platoon
Schindler's List
Rosemary's Baby
McLintock!
Cleopatra
Breakfast at Tiffany's
That's just the few off the top of my head.

I watched half of this last night on Netflix, and I started getting bored with it. I might just not have been in the mood. I'll probably finish it tonight. So far I'm not really getting it as a classic must see.

I watched half of Pulp Fiction.
Turned it off, thought it was the dumbest movie ever.
When my brother told me all of Tarantino's movies were like that....I was out.
So all of Tarantino's movies for me.

Well it's Capote so that's the only reason why I want to see it. Even though I know it's totally different from the novella.
