Still the case for the most part. Commercial estimating, mech/elec, structures, law, and enterprise are pretty tough, but none of them are as difficult as the physics classes you're required to take.

They're getting rid of mec/elec. We have to take this architecture environmental control systems class that's even worse. I'm in it now. First test is tomorrow

Yea they tell you that you have to pass the Exit Exam but unless you make less than a 30-40%, I know they will not fail you. Especially if you started and it was not on your curriculum, you could fight it and win. But I wouldn't stress about it, its not that hard. Except Springs questions from Commercial Estimating, and that's only because of time restrictions.

I graduated with a CM degree in 2012 and we didn't have to take any exit exam to graduate. Must be something new.

Ask yourself a few questions :

Is on campus experience important to you?

Does the online degree get offered by a traditional school where you will walk with other classmates in your major?

You ready to kick arse and devote a lot of time to self direction in your learning?

3 Yessirs and all bases are covered.

This. I'd go brick and mortar at LSU if only because of the great career networking and recruiting events that the Construction Student Association and Construction Industry Advisory Council put on. They do a great job of making sure that there are ample opportunities for students to get some experience and interview for jobs after graduation.

Seriously, the resources available to CM students are beyond any other department. If you can't find a job you're an idiot
