So yesterday was my 30th bday, wtf do I do now?

Had my bday yesterday, and it was shitty because I had 5hrs of school and after that 5hrs of homework and went to bed at 3am. Banged my gf once and got head twice. Watched Game of Arms and arm wrestled my buddy probably 6 times.
Now that I am 30, do I need to go to sleep at 7pm? Am I gonna have to eat the early bird specials? Start taking vitamins? Get my balls and butthole fingered or whatever goes on at the doctor? Stop watching reality TV? No more getting shite faced on the weekends? Can I still use words like "finger blast" and "bro"?
Do I stop having fun now?

Up until now, I had no reason not to unless I had something going on the next day. Normally takes me a day of laying around to recover from a serious night out
