Spinoff of the other thread.

Football-
2002 Alabama Game. It was cold as shite and we got our arse handed to us 31-0. That and the 2002 Auburn game as well.

That game sucked and I drank way too much. My season tickets were right next to the Bama section. The last thing I remember about that night is that I stood up about 3 minutes before halftime. I woke up the next morning in my apartment with a pissed off girlfriend. She said that I was so obnoxious to the Bama fans that the LSU fans were getting mad. She had to get me out of the stadium and drive me back to New Orleans.

Just about all of these things were equally bad IMO, and all of these are basketball related:

Missing the entire postseason after the Final Four run.

Blowing a 21 pt lead to Villanova

Losing to Tulane

Ole Miss 27-24 last year. I was in Oxford and the fans were almost as bad as gumps after the game.

LSU football my 4 years. Archer's last year followed by 3 "Crazy for Curley." Never saw a winning season.

Some highlights
#1 interception game against Auburn
#2 58-3 Against Florida
#3 only winning 2 games one year. People on this board bitch about losing 2 games, try winning on 2.

At least I got to see Shaq and 2 Baseball titles.

LSU lost to #2 Notre Dame and Joe Theismann in South Bend 3-0 in the first game the teams had ever played one another.Tommy Casanova was magnificient
against All American wide receiver Tom Gatewood,
who said "Casanova played me in my jockstrap".
November 21, 1970. We should have won.
