Marty has a sale paper for a phone, he also has to pick up feminine products for 3 women in his house. No wonder the fox and hound was so tempting.

Beth working in the store could see him walk to the bar and followed him. She remembered his kindness at the bunny ranch. She then set after him.

He's weak, and she's hot it's really that simple. Some of you folks don't seem like you could truly just enjoy anything.

I really like how Maggie needled Marty about the pictures by noting the girl's "great arse" and asked him if he cheated because she had gotten too skinny for him.

I'm 95% sure the Tuttle Campus scene was filmed at Timberlane Country Club.

Been there countless times. Was cool to see it that way.

these are the figurines on Beth's dresser. notice the devil one is in a similar position that the Lang girl was found in, and the angel behind it looks like Rust at the crime scene with his notebook(the tax man)drawing the scene

Nice observation. If the angel is Rust, that could very well be a clue that his partner is the devil.

female empowerment should be done without using sex to get there, though

that's like telling superman he can't fly to get somewhere. You put unrealistic social constructs on fictional characters that a majority of real people don't live up to and then say its unrealistic. Boo this man.

i could give a shite at this point. as the story unfolds it's becoming more predictable/cliche/boring (whatever word you prefer to use based on your world view) so i'd fully expect a female to seek revenge via having sex with somebody

So you start by bitching that Rust banging Maggie is unrealistic and now Maggie seeking revenge on Marty through sex is cliche. I think your perception of reality may be warped in some way. Life doesn't take place in a lab and people step out of their norms all the time depending on situations they find themselves in or outside stimulus/influence.

So while I agree women appear weak in the show all the time, I think there is some redemption to be had in the end. We'll see.

How many empowered women compared to women that follow their husbands without question do y'all know in the rural south? Some of you guys need to get out more.

it's tough having this discussion with people from an area of conservative social values, though the best revenge is living well

That is true but like I've noticed before you are confusing how you think people should act with the reality of how the majority actually act.

This thread is hot garbage.

Everybody being upset that rust fricked maggie shows how important it was. It shows that he is not just a superhuman detective with a tragic past. He is a human being with flaws and weaknesses like every one else. Similar to the dinner scene. Which brings me to my next point... Decatur is still the dumbest person to post in these threads. At least SFP can back his shite up with fancy logic, kind of like Rust. Decatur is the yellow King of idiocy.

Hope Lisa is the cult queen. And she requires lots of pagan rituals. In the nude.
