I too have my reservations about both the use of the executive order in general and the growing power of the executive branch since 9/11. But he's not the first president to use them and that doesn't mean there is a plot to do away with the 22nd amendment.

Obama's done with work after this term in office. He's not interested in being POTUS for a third term because that's too much damn work.
