We all know Football is #1 and Baseball is #2, how long do we give Jones to make the Basketball team relevant again?

2016 bruh Ben Simmons (if we keep him). Should have a really talented roster assembled by then.

As soon as Johnny starts coaching or when we get someone who can.

It'll never be ready in time.

Apparently, the team will always be "young." So, the answer is never because they are "young" and LSU is not a basketball school. So sorry.

When we change conferences. It's basic supply/demand. Similar to the big 10 in football.

Whenever we signs of him making his whole team play at full speed and execute the fundamentals of defense CONSISTENTLY.

For me when, upon a shot being taken, I see each player turn and hustle to find the opponent whom they are supposed to be guarding and make a proper attempt to block him out. every. time.

A team that boxes out on every play is a team that is probably being coached on all of the other defensive fundamentals of the game and a team that will win far more many games than they lose.

Thats a subjective question. They are relevant to me. been to every home game this year minus 1. What is relevent? In the eyes of the media? relative to the SEC? I think I know what you mean.........and if I do, the answer is next year. not because its next yearbut because we will have length on the perimeter that can score and defend

If basketball is not "relevant", then why do we continue to see so many posts which express such discontent, unhappiness, and downright mental distress over the fact that the team has not won every single game it's played? Yours included.

One more year. With the right coach in place, it doesn't take long to turn around a basketball program.

Don't know if it will happen with JJ. Too many X/O coaching deficiencies present and plainly visible on this staff. Recruiters only. Get em to campus and fail to coach em up consistently. (You could go find a high school coach in BR to coach better defense)

One more season and if there's not a major turn around of consistency it will be time for Snow Peas to "Bite the Bullet" so to speak and ante up the moolah for an elite level coach. Money talks!
