Why?

Mark 3 is a metal frame and has a different grip angle compared to the polymer framed 22/45

got a Buckmark. Really like it and never had a problem. over a thousand rounds thru that thing so far, just plinking.

Mark II is my favorite pistol to shoot. DO NOT LIKE cleaning it though. Normally just wipe and swab and leave it at that because putting that sucker back together is a pure bitch.

Got one for my brother for Christmas and he has put a couple thousand rounds through it with no problems. The Mark 3 is equally as good from my experience but browning customer service has own me over on more than one occasion.

My dad has a buckmark and I have a P22. I like the P22 more because it feels more like a real pistol. It's accurate and reliable, but loud. I'd recommend it.

First group are basically trainer pistols IMHO. Second group is target pistols

+1
And as for the Mark 3 and 22/45, the 22/45 means that it was designed to mimic the grip angle of John Moses Browning's iconic 1911 in 45. If you're used to a 1911 grip angle, it's better. If you like the over exaggerated grip angle of Glock pistols, the Mark 3 would be better. Both use essentially the same upper though.

Only .22 pistols I own are the bottom 2 and a derringer.

i've had 2 22/45 and put both of them thru hell bringing them salt water fishing and they held up fine with proper cleaning. accurate enough for a general purpose .22 pistol and don't have to be pristine clean like a more target-grade pistol will. i'd say it depends on how your gona use it.

Have one that I tree rat hunt with. Over 3000K rounds thru it without a miss fire. Killed many rats with it too!

I would stay away from the Sr22. I was not happy with mine at all and sold it with a quickness. I currently have the P22 and love it. It's not picky about what it will shoot. If you want a better target pistol go with one of the other 3 you mentioned. If you just want one that works and feels like a pistol I recommend the P22.

My brother has this, and it's a pretty sweet .22 pistol.
Looking at the list, I'd say the P22 or the Buckmark.

Same story with my dad's SR22. It is picky

Not in your list but I would take a Ruger Single Six first. Buckmark 2nd and MKIII 3rd.

Walther P-22 ext barrel green handle
Bad arse and accurate!
One of my favorites.
Also had a Ruger SS stainless with the 2 cylinders.
Super sweet but the Walther is more fun to shoot.
