Best to go for the numerous small gestures(paying for most dates, repairs home /car, etc....) that you can walk away from without being bitter. Women who truly care about you appreciate the small things.

I don't think I can win this, but I'll share:
She was my live in girlfriend of a couple years. It was clear it was ending, soon. In fact, we had begun the process of moving out.
Prior to it having gone sour, she had scheduled a huge benefit to help pay for her mother's medical bills. She really, really needed me to to work for this benefit as the person that collected the cash for tickets.
Despite having had food poisoning and not being able to keep anything, not water even, down for nearly 24 hours, I worked all day and night for this benefit. We counted the money, I washed the trash cans at cleanup, and it ended, the benefit and our relationship.

I call bullshite again! What reason would grey have to run every teat, both physical and breathalyzer, and still charge you if you blow a 0.0?
that's just fricking stupid to think that they would proceed at that point.
The guy lied, one way or the other and hasn't been back since he was outed. either he drank without her knowing or he did not get arrested and just embellished the story, for whatever reason we'll never know.
If your story matches up and you pass the breathalyzer, now way they keep you for 30+ hours. If so your fricking eyes would be twice as bloodshot from not sleeping and they'd keep you another week!

First off, I am the guy who posted it originally. Learn to read.
Second, they can charge you for something as simple as reddish eyes.
Third, I spent 38 hours in jail, not because they hadd reason of suspicion to, butt because lightning struck the building, or power grid, something and blew all systems in the EBRPP, including the CPU system. So nobody got bailed out for the weekend.
Also, the fricking fire alarm went off for 8 goddamn hours.

First off I read quite well, secondly my best friend is a surety company for the bonds written at over 165 locations, third, Mrs O is a criminal defense attorney and has been for over 15 yrs.
I don't talk shite about things unless I know. And what I know is there is a back story here you are not telling us. Not sure of your violation or other factors, including belligerence to the officer, but why in the world would he consider arresting you for red eyes? You passed tests and had no odor on your breathe of alcohol but this guy decides to spend the next 3 hours doing paperwork over ONLY a set of red eyes? Simply not true.
I understand if the system went down, but the bail is set automatically for certain offenses and there are backup procedures to get bonded in those circumstances (most places).
My last point is YOU ARE NOT ARRESTED AND FORMALLY CHARGED until AFTER the breathalyzer test! (or refusal of such) So did you take the test? Refuse?
