Your congress is elected to do the will of the people who vote for them. I don't see why you didn't learn this stuff in 9th grade civics.

This country is not a democracy. It's a constitutional republic where the majority are not allowed to run roughshod all over the minority and suppress their rights.

Your gun control law couldn't even pass the democratic held Senate. Americans hate gun control. Polls don't tell you what people want because they can be easily skewed to promote an agenda, whether it be vague questions or sample location. Letters to Congressmen tell them what we think
