I don't hate him. I am a fan. I just found it ironic that he is the coach to come out first in support of this.

It's actually the opposite of ironic. Pete is a west coast guy, which generally means he isn't subject to the stupid biases against weed that you might find in the south.
I don't dislike Pete, just the teams that he coaches.

That guy always had an über stoner vibe to me, and I'm generally on board. I'm only worried about heavy machine operators, bridge designers etc. Weed has gotten really, really good.
