I don't follow the SWAC very closely but I can still say pretty accurately that none of those teams are going to reach Omaha.
The difficulty of the task we are discussing dictates that you can make such a blanket statement. It has very little to do with the specific team or conference named.

I really can't believe how pathetic they are in trying to convince people they are "Louisiana" From their websites to their uniforms to their hats. It's really quite sad really.

Why does ULL ULM play 2 conference series vs each other?
Who cares what they call themselves? If they call themself ULL, USL. UL. Louisiana, the greatest, or the Reds it will not change your life so get over it.

Everyone in the Sun Belt plays two conference series against their rival.
I don't remember all the reallignment, but the old series were FAU/FIU, ULL/ULM, UALR/ASU, etc.
I forgot the reasoning why, but they've been doing it for a few years now.

Someone told UL-L to sit down. Thats the only thing that explains their recent reversal on the naming issues.

The Sun Belt is usually a top 5-8 conference in baseball according to conference RPI. Finished 5th last season and got 4 teams into regionals. It's not the ACC but it's a good baseball conference.
