SuperBowl Monday? Weather forecast may push it back a day..

Current 10 day forecasts show 31F and Ice/Snow mix on Saturday before the game.
Rumors are floating around that it may be forced to Monday due to the weather.
I hope this happens so it makes GODell look like a total fool for choosing an open-air northern venue.

There is so much anger from this board regarding the SB location this year. Do you really care that much?
Posted on 1/23/14 at 3:47 pm to Mo Jeaux
They might. It's not just this board though. A lot of people nationally are upset over it.
Most people probably just don't care though as long as their team isn't in it or affected by it.

It's retarded to ever consider a location when there is a high chance of extreme weather conditions.

You're getting a major snowstorm from that forecast?

Not moving to Monday. Safest Super Bowl bet ever.

Uh, the league has been very open about the potential to move the game due to weather.

It's retarded to consider holding the biggest game of the season and a huge media event in the media capital of the nation and #1 television market? Jesus brah, you sound a little slow. Maybe they wanted to stay away from a borderline caribbean location that can't guarantee working electricity throughout the game.

I'm no Goodell fan by any means...but the owners vote on the venue.

Due to an actual blizzard. Not due to normal New York weather for this time of the year.

29 degrees with scattered flurries would hardly qualify as extreme enough to warrant a move as drastic as moving the super bowl.
