Two senior members of Gov. Chris Christie’s administration warned a New Jersey mayor earlier this year that her town would be starved of hurricane relief money unless she approved a lucrative redevelopment plan favored by the governor, according to the mayor and emails and personal notes she shared with msnbc.
The mayor, Dawn Zimmer, hasn’t approved the project, but she did request $127 million in hurricane relief for her city of Hoboken – 80% of which was underwater after Sandy hit in October 2012. What she got was $142,000 to defray the cost of a single back-up generator plus an additional $200,000 in recovery grants.

wonder why she didn't mention this back when it happened?
kind of makes you wonder if this isn't a coordinated scheme, huh?
Christie has all his moderate friends to have his back, doesn't need any help from us conservative types.

If true, this looks really bad for Christie. I mean damn, this was the hardest hit area.

He is going to fall.
And fall hard…
mainly due to gravity.

You could tell everything you wanted to know about Christie in his convention speech. He said nothing to affirm Romney. He only pumped up himself and his own accomplishments. Then, when Sandy hits, he acts like he all about New Jersey and positions himself for photo ops with Obama to show he is bipartisan. He wanted Romney to lose so he could have a shot in 2016. It was all a plan.
Now, the chickens are coming home to roost.
Fitting. Guy seems to care most about himself.

Damn they ARE scared of the fatass.
Why though? He'll get even less support from card carrying Republicans than Romney did.

He has no chance of being elected by the right. He'd fare better in a primary with Hilary than the presidential election.

I wonder if he was floating the idea of running on the D ticket. That could make them pounce...

Couldn't write this any better.
Christie cozies up to Democrats and RINO's and start shitting all over Conservatives and Tea Party types.
These new "friends" of Christie turn on him and then all the Conservatives who would of had his back get to sit back and laugh.
I hope other "Presidential" wannabes see this shite and learn from it.
Democrats and the media do not want to be your friends. Quit trying to be a moderate because they tell you that's the only way to win.

Christ, when did schools stop teaching reading comprehension?
