We had an unexpected break for 3 weekends straight. My apologies. For weekend 9 we added Thursday night also.
Thursday dinner we did oysters 5 ways. Raw, pepper jelly and feta, chipotle, bacon and garlic and a mushroom sauce. We also did a crawfish pie topped with crawfish étouffée with a piece of corn.
Friday night we did turtle soup served with a shot if brandy, stuffed grouper with twice baked potatoes and a piece of garlic bread. For dessert was a mini keylime cheesecake with a strawberry.
Saturday brunch we did a good old fashion chicken and sausage jambalaya with corn bread muffins.
Saturday night we did bacon wrapped dates and stuffed mushrooms, and a lamb t-bone with herb butter and homemade mac and cheese. Dessert was a chocolate mousse with homemade whipped cream.

Fantastic job, bro. That turtle soup and lamb tbone look great. Mousse, not moose.

I'd rather you blame the 10th beer of the day.
Great job.

How did you get the corn to turn out so perfectly?
Want.
Nicely done.

Looks great. I've searched a couple times thinking I missed week 6 7 and 8.

What does it take to join your hunting club? The food alone would be worth the dues.

Thankfully there is only one more week of this shite.
Damn you Ham

Just boiled it until I thought it was right. Tossed in a bowl of butter and seasoning. I find it funny theres all of this, and you ask about the corn.

Beats the gravy I usually whip together
