Nah, starve the dog for a week then restrain the man and cover his genitals with some well seasoned ground beef and let the fun begin.

That's sad and sick. Hurting animals and children are the worst crimes in the world IMO

Side note... dogs respirate through panting. Having it's muzzle duct taped must have been absolute misery.

I think dogs can breath through the nose or the mouth.

Panting is one thing dogs do to cool down. If it was hot out there and the dog couldn't pant, he was essentially killing the dog by overheating it.

On a side note, I am baffled why someone would do this. Why buy a dog that you are going to mistreat? Just because the dog will always love you even if you are a dick?

I just don't get it.

As this guy already works for the government, Obama should send him to North Korea to meet with Kim Jong Un and his dogs.

Never called myself compassionate in all things from A to Z., some things merit a measure of an eye for an eye approach in life.

When you take someone's life against their will and rob them of a future, death is the only appropriate punishment for you.

When you take a person away from their loved ones, friends and family forever, you don't deserve to be still living on this world.

Anyway, I oppose the death penalty because it costs too much, takes too long, and is pretty much impractical as it is now.

I'll never understand how Texas does it so quickly.

Props to them.

To be fair, he's showing compassion for the dog. I know that in the left people like to show compassion for people who do terrible things, but we on the right show most of our compassion for those who have actually been wronged.
