govt worker tortures dog
Notice the wagging tail when someone from the humane society, called by police, shows up to rescue the poor dog.

Enjoy the death penalty while it lasts. Unfortunately, I doubt the USA will still have it in a few decades.

Not going to lie, thought this was going to be Christie changing lanes, without giving a turn signal..I was wrong, choot em...

Side note... dogs respirate through panting. Having it's muzzle duct taped must have been absolute misery.

Maybe I'm not a good reader, but did the offender give any particular reason for doing this?

yes it will be so sad when the US is no longer grouped together with likes of Syria, Iran and Pakistan on this issue and joins the rest of the 1st world

No. He just admitted that he did it.

Do the same to the man and leave him alone to figure it out.

The most wonderful thing about dogs: Get that puppy to a loving home and go back in a few months..that dog will be happy and will have "moved on" with its life

Their ability to love and forgive unconditionally is amazing and I wish humans were prone to the same. All the more did picante when someone abuses that kind nature.

In the places cited by you there is very little if any bit or form of justice being meted out the dead just end up killed in the most immediate fashion generally done totally way outside of the scales of American jurisprudence. Pakistan is the only one where a person might get a trial, although it maybe a kangaroo court handling the cases.

Is this what a psychopath would do? Seriously, how sick is the man that could do something like this?

A long time ago I read studies that linked psycho murderers to a childhood of torturing animals. Had to do with a total lack of empathy for the pain of their victim. They actually enjoy inflicting pain.

Nice emoticon in your post.

The man who killed 77 people -- many of them teenagers -- in a bombing and shooting rampage in Norway last July appeared unable to conceal his happiness after he was declared sane and sentenced to 21 years in prison today.
Anders Breivik, a rightwing extremist who admitted to carrying out the massacre in an effort to battle "multiculturalism" in Europe, had previously said that being declared insane -- as prosecutors requested -- would have been the "ultimate humiliation." The 21-year sentence is the maximum under Norwegian law but can be extended later if Breivik is still deemed to be a threat to society.
Courtroom cameras showed that as Breivik stood and heard the ruling against him, his lips curled into a tight smile.

Lab mix ? That dog is mostly pit if not all pit. Owner needs a beating.

When I saw the pic I thought that is a pit mix. It's too thin to be all pit...unless the owner was starving it.
