The biggest reason I haven't added a Legacy to the pile is that I prefer the high rib on the SS, Cordoba, etc. My understanding is the rib on this new gun can be changed as needed.

That's what they're advertising. But go try to find the advertised adjustable comfortech recoil pads online and in stock right now. Or the advertised adjustable comb pads. Or the advertised shim kits they supposedly have for tall, lanky shooters. It's a freaking search for Waldo trying to find Benellis advertised adjustable parts. I hope the ribs for the Ethos aren't the same.

its a benelli so its going to be nice. I wont be getting one any time soon though. I have a 20 nova, 12 super nova, 12 super vinci, and 12 montifeltro. Have never even had one of them jam or any problems whatsoever.

You won't find this stuff online. You need to talk to a dealer and get them them to order it for you.

Benelli does have an online parts store: LINK

But you'll notice, almost everything is out of stock, and has been that way for almost a year now.

I've found that most dealers just order from the same stock that's listed on Benelli's website. So if they're out of recoil pads, so are the dealers.

The rare anomalies are places like Gamaliels, Macks, Midwest, etc. Major online retailers of gun parts like those can have their own stock of parts independent of Benelli's online store. But they're all out right now as well...

I went in to my local Gander Mountain to see if they had any Ethos guns. Well they did. And it was exactly the one I wanted. Nickel receiver, 28" barrel version. It was beautiful.

So I asked to see the gun and the guy behind the counter proceeded to pick up the gun, fumble it, and drop the mother f*cker on the concrete stock first.

That was the only one in my area and now it has a ding on the bottom of the stock and a gouge on the side of the stock.

$1899 for the nickel receiver.

Seems like Gander is asking $1799 for black anodized.

Gunsamerica has a black anodized one with a buy it now for $1699.

Great guns, just wish the Xcel's weren't blue. WTF Beretta?

Also, keep an eye on your bolt. Seems like Beretta had a run of A400's of bolts with a manufacturing defect: Link

For some, the hole is getting bigger with more usage.

Thought it was the other way around but it doesn't really matter.

Not too many pockets out there deep enough to tell the Beretta family to take a hike.
