My sources tell me that the new Saban "deal" with Bama is just a ploy to quiet things down for a bit. Mac still may get the boot, and if he does, Texas will make another run at Saban.

I speculated this exact same thing last night and the thread got whacked.
However, it was only my opinion. I did not purport any sources on this.
