meh, it's not like they're a big time program. they may not like losing guys every year, but they still groom some of the best in the country.

Actually it's not a bad situation for an up and comer. They have some decent talent and do well getting the guys in S. Arkansas that have grade issues but have size and speed and never get looked at by recruiting services.
