Moscona just played something on AFR. Hunt Palmer recorded a postgame interview with Jarvis and he had some interesting comments.

quote:

I'm excited to see what those freshman (Dural and Jennings) are doing and I'm excited to be a part of it this year and next.

He said that in the heat of the moment. It means he is considering it which is always good, but once he starts to hear where he will probably be at on the big board it is hard to see him sticking around.

I said this to my buddy the other day, it doesnt make sense for him to stay, but I feel like he is the type of guy who would come back.

I'm surprised this took so long to get to the rant
shite would be cray tho
although would have a very small piece of me a little upset he wouldn't be available to take my fantasy team to the playoffs

I could see it because I think he's just that type of guy. But I'd still be really surprised to see it happen. Here's hoping though.

It makes zero sense for him to stay financially unless he wants an education now. He can finish it later if need be. Can't pass millions up. Something tells me his stock will never get higher anyway because I don't think he's a combine warrior. Just a damn good football player.

Some people want 4 years

Mingo, Sam, and Logan, i think Chris Faulk all stayed four years. They just didn't want to go 5

LaRon Landry and Glenn Dorsey did too.

Some people want trophies.

I could see either he and OB3 coming back. The pool for WRs is very deep this year.

sammy watkins - Clemson
mike evans - A&M
marquis lee - USC
davante adams - Fresno St.
jordan mathews - Vandy
brandin cooks - Oregon State
allen robinson - Penn State

OB & JL likely wouldn't go til the 3rd or 4th round imo. It really depends on combine workouts. If they came back, they could probably both be first rounders since they have the brand out there already.

Hell even Collins is rated outside the first round. He could come back, hone his game and be the top OT off the board next year.

It would be nice for a top player like that to stay (for a change) but I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

hope he stays. that would be great for a young guy like jennings to have a guy like landry to throw to.

i think he is gone though.

I bet Odell and Jarvis talk about it a lot, and I'm just guessing, what one do, the other will follow.

I'm willing to bet Landry is 100 percent gone. He's a 1st-2nd round pick depending on needs. NFL scouts are drooling over him.

Having him, Dural, and possibly Quille as possible targets for AJ?

I have always heard he want to get his degree before going to the league. I heard OBJ's parents want him to get a degree, too.
