I know he is going to be the next Anthony Jennings, but if you had to compare him right now, which quarterback in the title is he most compared to right now?

How about Anthony Jennings just be Anthony Jennings?

We've seen him play for about 10 mins. I'd like to watch a bit more before I label him the next [insert pretty much any black QB].

K, tks.

not to hijack the thread but jennings reminds me of russell wilson (college version). poise, accurate arm. good touch and escapability and most importantly is a STUDENT of the game. Very rare these days. Most college players become students of the game when they get draft elgible, Jennings already has made that step according to the LSU coaches.

Tap the brakes. Lets not turn an historic drive into the worst thing that's ever happened to the kid.

Some of you have really lost it with your expectations. I am as excited and hopeful as anyone but the idea that there will be some seamless transition to greatness happen here is just silly. Future star or not AJ will have a learning curve. It's the fricking SECw y'all.
I wonder how much football some of you folks actually watch.

Out of those, I would say Boyd the most. He's similar to Jennings in that he wants to pass first and foremast and only scrambles when he absolutely needs to.
