I'll do this each weekend of duck season and update the meals we put out.

Friday dinner: corn and crab bisque as an appetizer, pekin duck breasts with a fig glaze ontop a bed of dirty quinoa with caramelized black mission figs and a steens cane syrup gastrique.

(With an old fashion)

Friday: Coonass gravy with braised mallard, quail and rabbit over jasmine rice.

Saturday: Biscuits, boudin omelettes, sausage and bacon. The only meal I took pics of.

Game day: Shrimp and crawfish etoufee, Italian salad and french bread

I am friends with the wrong people. Look at that setup. We're lucky if the solar water pump is working and we don't run out of propane.
