I would agree.. No Jerry Lee's boudin for me, thanks.
Bergeron's boudin balls are good, as are their meat pies.
Like it's been said earlier, Bergeron's has good smoked products like andouille and ham hocks.. Bring an ice chest.

Undoubtedly the best, and I work half a mile from Bergeron's. Still go to Bergeron's if you are in town because it is awesome.

NO what you meant to say was arguably the best... Ronnies regular and plain blow jerry lees away as does Bergerons smoked.. Jerry make a nice product but it does not qualify as the best BR has to offer... and you can take Bergerons out fo the mix too since it is in Port Allen.. Ronnies FTW!

Disagree. Bergeron's is like jambalaya stuffed in casing.

Ronnie's has the best boudin and boudin balls
Jerry Lee's has the best hogs head cheese
Bergeron's is great for everything else (I haven't tried their hogs head cheese).
Bergeron's has awesome pistolettes, tasso, plate lunches, stuffed meats, and my favorite: the BBQ bacon and green onion stuffed chicken patties. Those things are incredible with a little molten pepperjack cheese and some sweet baby rays. I can't even eat one patty in one sitting unless I'm starving.

Tony's Seafood has some of the best boudin balls in town too...although, I wouldn't advise going there after dark.

Tony's is the place to get boudin. I had 2 links today. The Cajun not the seafood. I am a boudin junky...so trust me on this! It should be your only option.

Their balls are adequate, a bit small but decent..their links are a joke.
